The premier marriage celebrant association in Victoria, established in 1974.

The Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants of Victoria Inc. (ACMCV) was first established in 1974, at the very beginning of civil celebrancy in Australia.

We are the premier celebrant association in Victoria. Most of our members reside in Victoria, although,
as we have grown, we also have celebrants in most of the other states.

All ACMCV members are authorised by the Attorney General’s Department to perform civil marriages and are well trained to the highest standard. Most officiate at other ceremonies as well, including naming ceremonies, renewal of vows and funerals.
